TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Effective Date: July 18, 2026 Version: JSCTC2026.07 JSCustomz is the commercial brand identified to the Customer in the applicable

order, invoice, payment record, or checkout record. The legal contracting entity, when separately identified in those transaction records, is

incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all orders, custom design services, graphic kits, personalized products, production services,

related products, and transactions provided under the JSCustomz brand. “JSCustomz,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business

operating the JSCustomz brand. “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the individual or entity purchasing, requesting, authorizing, or

receiving products or services from JSCustomz. By placing an order, submitting payment, paying an invoice or payment link that

references these Terms, checking an acceptance box, electronically accepting an order, or otherwise expressly agreeing to proceed with

a custom project, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms is intended to

waive or eliminate any nonwaivable rights available under applicable law.

1. NATURE OF JSCUSTOMZ ORDERS

JSCustomz specializes in customized graphic products and creative services. An order may include project intake, creative consultation,

design, customization, model adaptation, registration numbers, logo placement, revisions, previews, technical preparation, production file

preparation, printing, lamination, cutting, quality control, packaging, fulfillment, and shipping coordination. The purchase price may

compensate JSCustomz for both services performed and physical products manufactured. The fact that a physical product has not yet

shipped does not necessarily mean that no value, service, labor, or contractual performance has been provided.

2. CUSTOM AND MADETOORDER PRODUCTS

Most JSCustomz products are customized, personalized, adapted, or manufactured specifically for an individual Customer. Once

customization, design work, technical preparation, or manufacturing has begun, an order may have limited or no resale value. Custom

orders are therefore subject to the cancellation and refund provisions of these Terms. No nonrefundable provision applies to work not

actually performed where applicable law requires otherwise.

3. CUSTOMER ORDER INFORMATION

The Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information reasonably required to complete the project, including

manufacturer, model, year, trim, generation, configuration, photographs, registration numbers, names, logos, colors, wording, shipping

address, and relevant modifications. JSCustomz may reasonably rely on Customersupplied information. Customercaused errors may

result in reasonable additional correction, reproduction, or shipping costs. JSCustomz remains responsible for verified errors attributable

to JSCustomz despite receiving accurate information.

4. ORDER CONFIRMATION

Order confirmations, invoices, payment receipts, payment links, project emails, and similar records may contain projectspecific information

supplementing these Terms. Express written projectspecific terms control over inconsistent general provisions only as to the specific

matter addressed. Customers should promptly report material errors.

5. COMMENCEMENT OF CREATIVE SERVICES

The Customer authorizes JSCustomz to begin custom project work after order acceptance and receipt of any required initial payment.

Work may begin before the first preview is delivered and may include project organization, template preparation, compatibility evaluation,

design adaptation, customerspecific content, layouts, revisions, technical preparation, and production planning.

6. DESIGN PROCESS

A project may include order confirmation, project preparation, creative development, digital review, revisions, final confirmation, production

preparation, manufacturing, quality control, packaging, and shipping. Not every project requires every stage, and JSCustomz may

reasonably adjust its internal workflow.

7. DESIGN PREVIEWS AND MOCKUPS

Digital previews and mockups are visualization tools and are not engineering specifications, exact photographic representations, or

guarantees of exact screentoprint reproduction. Results may vary due to displays, color profiles, printing, specialty materials, lighting,

surface geometry, and installation.

JSCustomz Custom Order Terms & Conditions | Version JSC TC 2026.07 | Page 18. SIDE PREVIEWS AND VISUAL PRESENTATIONS

Side previews or fullvehicle visualizations may be provided when appropriate. Unless expressly included in the product description,

additional visual presentations may be provided as a courtesy and are not automatically included with every order.

9. REVISIONS

Unless otherwise stated, a standard custom project may include up to three reasonable revision rounds. A revision round is a reasonably

consolidated set of changes submitted in response to a design review. Separate later requests may constitute additional rounds. Included

revisions refine the purchased concept and do not constitute unlimited redesign services.

10. REDESIGNS AND SCOPE CHANGES

Material changes to the original projectincluding a new design concept, design series, vehicle, principal creative direction, substantial

rebuilding, new illustration, or extensive changes beyond included revisionsmay constitute separately billable redesign work. Material

additional charges will be communicated before separately billable work whenever reasonably practicable.

11. CUSTOMER APPROVAL

The Customer must carefully review designs before approving production, including spelling, names, registration numbers, logos, model

information, color direction, and requested custom elements. Approval may be documented electronically through clear written

authorization. Customervisible information produced exactly as approved is generally considered authorized; this does not excuse a

JSCustomz production error that materially differs from the approval.

12. APPROVAL RECORDS

JSCustomz may preserve electronic communications and approvals to document specifications, changes, services delivered, project

status, and production authorization.

13. CUSTOMER DELAYS

Customercaused delays, including missing information, delayed responses or approvals, repeated revisions, scope changes, payment

delays, or incorrect information, may extend completion estimates. Time awaiting required Customer action does not count as active

production time unless expressly agreed otherwise.

14. INACTIVE PROJECTS

After 30 consecutive days without required Customer response, JSCustomz may place a project on inactive status. Inactivity does not

automatically cancel the project or create a refund. A reasonable reactivation fee may apply if substantial additional work is required to

reopen an older project after notice to the Customer.

15. STANDARD KIT CONTENT AND OPTIONAL COMPONENTS

A standard graphic kit includes only the parts, panels, and components expressly identified in the applicable product description, invoice,

payment link, or order confirmation.

Optional extensions, additional coverage pieces, bumpers, registration numbers, specialty materials, upgraded finishes, accessories, and

other additions are not included unless expressly identified as included in the Customer's order.

Product photographs, renderings, previews, promotional images, and completed vehicle images may display optional components or

upgrades for illustration. The appearance of an item in an image does not by itself mean that the item is included in the purchased kit.

If there is uncertainty regarding what is included, the written product description, invoice, and order confirmation will control.

16. REGISTRATION NUMBERS AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS

Registration numbers are included only when expressly stated in the applicable order.

The Customer is responsible for providing accurate registration information and for determining whether the requested size, color, font,

format, and placement comply with laws or regulations applicable to the Customer's jurisdiction.

JSCustomz does not provide legal or regulatory certification of customized registration markings unless expressly agreed in writing.

17. COVERAGE OF EXISTING DAMAGE AND VEHICLE CONDITION

Graphic kits are designed for the vehicle or product configuration identified in the order.

Unless JSCustomz expressly confirms specific coverage in writing, a graphic kit is not guaranteed to completely conceal preexisting

scratches, discoloration, repairs, cracks, surface defects, body modifications, missing components, or other existing damage.

JSCustomz Custom Order Terms & Conditions | Version JSC TC 2026.07 | Page 2Statements concerning coverage of a particular damaged area apply only when expressly confirmed for that specific project.

18. LONG TERM INACTIVE PROJECTS

A project that remains inactive for 12 consecutive months may be administratively closed after reasonable notice where practicable.

Administrative closure does not create a refund for authorized services already performed, customized materials already produced, or

other properly earned amounts.

Reopening a project after administrative closure may require a new order, updated pricing, new materials, or additional project

preparation.

19. PRICING

Prices depend on product, configuration, material, finish, customization, and scope. Additional charges may apply to extensions, specialty

finishes, additional parts, redesigns, work outside scope, additional revisions, expedited services, or shipping. No material additional

charge will be imposed without a reasonable basis.

20. DEPOSITS AND PARTIAL PAYMENTS

Deposits are applied toward the total project price unless otherwise stated. Refundability depends on project stage, work actually

performed, custom materials committed, the applicable order agreement, and law. Partial payment does not eliminate an authorized

remaining balance.

21. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION

By submitting payment, the Customer represents authorization to use the selected payment method and agrees to provide truthful

information in later payment inquiries or disputes. Nothing prevents the exercise of legitimate rights under applicable law or

paymentnetwork procedures.

22. CANCELLATION REQUESTS

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and do not retroactively erase services performed or costs reasonably incurred. Before

substantial custom work begins, a refund may be approved less permissible incurred costs. During creative services, the reasonable value

of work actually performed may be nonrefundable. Once design is substantially completed or productionready preparation performed,

amounts attributable to completed services are nonrefundable except as required by law or for material failure

by JSCustomz. Once customized materials are printed, laminated, cut, manufactured, or specifically committed, the custommanufactured

portion is generally noncancelable and nonrefundable except for verified JSCustomz error, qualifying defect, or applicable legal rights.

23. REFUNDS

Refund eligibility depends on work performed, project stage, custom materials, manufactured products, delivery, reason for cancellation,

responsibility for nonperformance, and applicable law. JSCustomz does not maintain a norefundsunderanycircumstances policy, but

properly authorized custom services actually performed do not automatically become refundable because the Customer changes their

mind.

24. COURTESY REFUNDS AND CREDITS

A voluntary refund, credit, discount, replacement, extension, or accommodation does not automatically constitute an admission, establish

legal entitlement, modify these Terms for other transactions, or create precedent.

25. PRODUCTION ESTIMATES

Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, creative, production, and delivery timeframes are goodfaith estimates. Complexity, revisions,

customer response, workload, material availability, equipment, quality control, carriers, and circumstances outside reasonable control may

affect timing. Reasonable delay does not make completed services or products free, but this provision does not excuse indefinite or

unreasonable nonperformance.

26. CREATIVE TIME AND PRODUCTION TIME

Creative development and physical manufacturing are separate. Unless otherwise stated, manufacturing estimates begin after required

design work, information, approvals, and required payment are complete. Carrier transit begins only after carrier acceptance.

JSCustomz Custom Order Terms & Conditions | Version JSC TC 2026.07 | Page 327. PRIORITY OR EXPEDITED PRODUCTION

Expedited service prioritizes eligible internal stages but does not guarantee carrier delivery or protect against customercaused or

extraordinary external delays unless expressly guaranteed. If JSCustomz materially fails to provide a separately paid expedited service for

reasons attributable to JSCustomz, an appropriate remedy may include refund of that expedited fee; the underlying order does not

automatically become refundable.

28. PRODUCTION AUTHORIZATION

After applicable final approval or express production authorization, JSCustomz may manufacture the order. Postproduction changes may

require new materials, reprinting, fees, and additional time. JSCustomz is not responsible for reproduction costs caused solely by

Customer changes to previously approved specifications.

29. CUSTOM MANUFACTURING VARIATIONS

Minor reasonable variations in cut margins, alignment, material texture, specialty finish behavior, edge tolerances, and color perception do

not automatically constitute defects. Material deviations should be reported under the claims procedure.

30. SPECIALTY MATERIALS

Chrome, holographic, colorshifting, metallic, pearl, reflective, sparkling, textured, and similar materials may appear differently under

different lighting, angles, cameras, screens, and environments. Digital previews cannot perfectly reproduce these effects.

31. INSTALLATION

Unless expressly included, installation is not included. Professional installation is recommended. Customers or installers should inspect

products and confirm placement before permanent installation. Installing a visibly incorrect item without first contacting JSCustomz may

limit reasonable remedies where installation prevents reuse, without eliminating remedies for concealed defects.

32. SURFACE CONDITION

Adhesion may be affected by wax, oil, silicone, ceramic coatings, oxidation, contamination, damaged paint, repairs, nonoriginal coatings,

texture, or incompatible substrates. JSCustomz is not responsible for failures primarily caused by unsuitable or improperly prepared

surfaces.

33. CARE AND PRODUCT LIFE

Any expected productlife statement is an estimate, not an unconditional guarantee. Actual life depends on installation, use, UV, saltwater,

chemicals, fuel, abrasion, pressure washing, storage, maintenance, climate, and physical damage.

34. LIMITED MANUFACTURING WARRANTY

JSCustomz warrants that custommanufactured products will be free from material manufacturing defects attributable to JSCustomz at

delivery. Verified defects may be addressed by repair, affectedpiece replacement, reprinting, credit, partial refund, or another

commercially reasonable remedy depending on circumstances and applicable law. Reasonable evidence may be requested.

35. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Except where prohibited by law, coverage does not extend to damage primarily caused by improper installation or preparation,

contamination, modification, accident, impact, abrasion, fuel or chemicals, improper pressure washing or maintenance, normal wear,

misuse, racing, extreme exposure, incompatible surfaces, or postdelivery damage unrelated to a manufacturing defect.

36. REPORTING PRODUCT ISSUES

Customers should promptly inspect deliveries and report visible manufacturing errors, missing pieces, or shipping damage with sufficient

evidence. Permanently installing or materially altering an obviously problematic item before reporting it may limit remedies where

Customer action materially contributes to the loss.

37. SHIPPING

Shipping estimates are separate from production estimates. Label creation does not mean carrier acceptance. JSCustomz may

distinguish between completed, ready for shipment, label created, pickup pending, carrier accepted, and in transit.

JSCustomz Custom Order Terms & Conditions | Version JSC TC 2026.07 | Page 438. CARRIER DELAYS

After documented carrier acceptance, transit is substantially controlled by the carrier. JSCustomz is not responsible for delays exclusively

caused by the carrier or circumstances outside reasonable control but will reasonably assist with legitimate inquiries or claims. Carrier

delay does not mean that production or services were not performed.

39. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Claims are evaluated using tracking, scans, delivery records, insurance, packaging, photographs, investigations, and applicable law.

Customers must reasonably cooperate. Verified loss before delivery will be addressed through an appropriate solution consistent with law

and available carrier remedies.

40. DELIVERED PACKAGES

A documented delivery scan is relevant evidence but may be investigated when a legitimate issue is promptly reported. Customers should

check household members, neighbors where appropriate, property management, mailrooms, reception areas, and carrier delivery

photographs.

41. SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery addresses. Changes after carrier acceptance cannot be guaranteed. Legally permissible

redirection, return, or reshipping costs caused by a Customerprovided incorrect address may be charged to the Customer.

42. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for applicable import requirements, duties, taxes, brokerage, and government charges unless expressly

included. Customs delays are outside JSCustomz's direct control. Refusal to pay applicable import charges does not automatically make

completed custom products or services refundable.

43. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Nothing prevents a legitimate payment dispute. A dispute does not by itself establish breach, erase authorized services, automatically

cancel the contract, eliminate a legitimate balance, or transfer proprietary files. JSCustomz may submit relevant order, payment,

acceptance, communication, design, approval, production, photographic, shipping, tracking, delivery, and other evidence to authorized

paymentdispute participants.

44. DISPUTES DURING AN ACTIVE ORDER

When a payment dispute, chargeback, reversal, or payment stop concerns an active order, JSCustomz may temporarily suspend

additional design, revisions, manufacturing, release of unpaid products, shipping of undispatched products, and optional services while

payment status is unresolved. This provision will not be used to unlawfully withhold property the Customer has an immediate legal right to

receive.

45. MATERIAL MISREPRESENTATIONS IN PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers must not knowingly make materially false transaction statements. JSCustomz reserves lawful remedies where documented

evidence reasonably indicates intentional material misrepresentation. A goodfaith dispute or chargeback alone is not automatically fraud.

46. AMOUNTS LEGITIMATELY OWED

A payment processor's chargeback decision does not necessarily determine every contractual right between the parties. To the extent

permitted by law, JSCustomz may lawfully seek amounts legitimately due for authorized products or services actually provided, but will not

seek payment for unauthorized or unprovided products or services.

47. PROJECT RECORDS AND EVIDENCE

JSCustomz may maintain reasonable transaction records, including timestamps, orders, acceptance records, communications, design

versions, production records, photographs, shipping records, and payment information for legitimate operational, accounting, warranty,

dispute, legalprotection, and compliance purposes.

48. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

Transactionrelated communications may occur electronically, including confirmations, invoices, updates, design reviews, approvals,

shipping notices, and policy notices. Customers must provide accurate contact information and reasonably monitor the communication

method used for the transaction.

JSCustomz Custom Order Terms & Conditions | Version JSC TC 2026.07 | Page 549. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY JSCUSTOMZ CONTENT

Unless expressly transferred by separate written agreement, JSCustomz retains rights in its original graphic concepts, designs, templates,

layouts, artwork, production methods, source files, print files, cut files, working files, and proprietary creative materials. Purchasing a

physical kit does not automatically transfer underlying editable or production files.

50. CUSTOM DESIGN FILES

Review files are provided for project review and approval. Unless separately purchased or licensed, Customers may not reproduce,

commercially distribute, resell, manufacture from, or provide proprietary production files to another manufacturer. Editable vectors,

templates, cut paths, source files, and proprietary working files are not automatically included.

51. CUSTOMERPROVIDED MATERIALS

Customers providing logos, photographs, artwork, trademarks, names, or other materials represent that they have sufficient authority to

request their use and are responsible for claims primarily arising from unauthorized Customersupplied materials. JSCustomz may reject

requested content.

52. THIRDPARTY BRANDS AND TRADEMARKS

Thirdparty names, brands, manufacturers, logos, and trademarks remain their owners' property. References for identification,

compatibility, descriptive purposes, or customerrequested customization do not by themselves imply sponsorship, endorsement,

authorization, partnership, or affiliation.

53. CUSTOMER PHOTOS AND PROJECT IMAGES

Unless confidentiality is requested in writing before publication, JSCustomz may photograph and display its own completed work for

portfolio and promotional purposes without unnecessarily disclosing private Customer information. Customersupplied personal

photographs are not automatically licensed for unrelated promotion.

54. COMMUNICATION STANDARDS

JSCustomz primarily provides remote customer support and does not guarantee unscheduled inperson service or facility access.

Important disputes, cancellations, approvals, or account matters may be required by email to maintain an accurate written record.

55. ABUSIVE OR THREATENING CONDUCT

JSCustomz may limit nonessential direct communication involving harassment, credible threats, abusive conduct, discriminatory abuse, or

conduct reasonably threatening safety or operations, and may require written communications. This does not eliminate contractual or

legal rights.

56. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS OUTSIDE REASONABLE CONTROL

JSCustomz is not liable for delays genuinely caused by extraordinary circumstances outside reasonable control, including major natural

disasters, severe weather, carrier disruptions, government actions, supply interruptions, utility failures, widespread network failures, or

emergencies, and will reasonably attempt to resume operations. This does not permit indefinite nonperformance where law requires

another remedy.

57. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JSCUSTOMZ WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,

EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOSS OF USE, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED

BY LAW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING DIRECTLY FROM A PARTICULAR

ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR THE PORTION OF THAT ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.

58. NO WAIVER

Failure to immediately enforce a provision does not automatically waive later enforcement. A waiver in one situation does not

automatically apply elsewhere.

59. SEVERABILITY

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions remain effective to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the affected

provision will be interpreted or limited where permissible to reflect its lawful commercial purpose.

JSCustomz Custom Order Terms & Conditions | Version JSC TC 2026.07 | Page 660. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, the applicable order confirmation, invoice, product description, and projectspecific written agreements constitute the

agreement concerning the matters they address and supersede prior general website terms for transactions governed by this version.

61. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

JSCustomz may update these Terms prospectively. The version applicable to an order will generally be the version accepted when the

order is placed or a material modification is expressly accepted. Later website updates do not retroactively alter completed transactions

merely because online terms change.

62. GOVERNING LAW

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms and governed transactions will be interpreted under Florida law, without

regard to conflictoflaw principles. Mandatory consumer protections applicable to a Customer's jurisdiction are not eliminated.

63. GOODFAITH DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before filing a civil claim concerning an order, the parties are encouraged to provide written notice and a reasonable opportunity for

informal resolution. This does not prevent applicable paymentdispute rights, timely filing before a limitations period, emergency relief, or

exercise of rights that cannot lawfully be conditioned on notice.

64. LEGAL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES

JSCustomz reserves lawful remedies concerning unpaid balances, contractual breaches, unauthorized reproduction, documented

intentional misrepresentations, intellectualproperty misuse, and other legally actionable conduct. Customers retain all nonwaivable rights.

A contractual disagreement is not automatically fraud or criminal conduct.

65. INTERPRETATION

Headings are organizational only. “Including” means including without limitation unless context indicates otherwise. Ambiguities will be

interpreted under applicable law rather than toward an unreasonable or unlawful result.

66. CONTACT

Questions regarding orders, cancellations, product issues, or these Terms should be submitted through JSCustomz's official published

contact information. Customers are encouraged to include their full name, order number, purchase email, and a clear description of the

request.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By expressly accepting these Terms, the Customer acknowledges that JSCustomz sells customized products and may provide creative

services before physical production or shipment; authorized custom work acquires value as performed; cancellation and refund eligibility

depend on project circumstances; production and carrier transit are separate; personalized information must be reviewed before

production approval; payment disputes do not automatically determine whether services were performed or balances remain due;

nonwaivable consumer rights remain intact; and electronic records may document the transaction. I HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE

JSCUSTOMZ CUSTOM ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS.

Businessuse draft prepared for JSCustomz. Final review by a Floridalicensed attorney is recommended before publication, particularly for
